DESCRIPTION:October 26th   Portsmouth Wind Symphony Halloween Concert at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts at 7 pm.  "Mysteries and Mayhem" - Come in costume and get your scare on as the PWS celebrates Halloween with a Haunted Carousel\, Mysterious Village\, and the story of The Witch and the Saint. Children 12 and under\, who attend our concert in costume\, receive a free goodie bag. Adults $10\, SSU Students  and kids over 12 are $5\, children 12 and under are free.
