Following service as a Flight Medic with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne and seeing combat in Grenada\, he became a Firefighter and Paramedic\, ending his active service in 2015. In addition to over 30 years in the Fire Service\, Dave has served his community as a technician on the Stark County HazMat Team\, is a Past Chairman of the Stark County Safety Council and is also Past Chairman of the Stark County Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC). \n\n \n\nWhile working in the Fire Service\, Dave also worked as a Safety Manager and Director for a couple of Manufacturing Industries\, a Food Manufacturing facility\, and most recently for a large Union commercial/Industrial Construction firm.\n\n \n\nSince 2017\, Dave is now the Jobsite Safety & Security Specialist for Flaherty Sales\, representing Werner Ladders and Werner Fall Protection in Ohio and surrounding states. He is the "go to" resource for them on applications and equipment needs issues and provides training and onsite equipment demonstrations in various subjects.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required
