Prior to becoming the Director\, he serviced as Deputy Director from April until July of 2020 and was the Public Information Office for Scioto EMA for over 25-years.\n\nBefore moving to Scioto EMA fulltime\, he was the Transit Coordinator for Access Scioto County for over 21 years.\n\n\n\nLarry is a past firefighter and EMT with Union Township Fire Department\, and Scioto Squad 2\, and is a member of the Scioto County Elder Abuse Task Force\, the Scioto County Job & Family Services Planning Committee\, the Scenic Scioto Heritage Trail Committee\, and the Portsmouth Kiwanis Club and where he enjoys being involved with helping the community through the club's many projects.
