He has over 30 years of ESH&Q experience and approximately 25 years in the nuclear industry.\n\n \n\nPrior to his current position\, Mr. Miller served as the ESH&Q Manager for the PORTS project ISS Contractor (North Wind Dynamics - NWD) and was responsible for Environmental\, Safety\, Health\, Quality\, Records and Training.\n\n \n\nMr. Miller was instrumental in leading NWD to 9 consecutive DOE-VPP Awards and over 8   years without a recordable injury\, enabling the PORTS site to be one of the safest sites in the DOE complex.\n\n \n\nMatt has his bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene at Ohio University and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
