DESCRIPTION:March 16th   St. Patrick's Day Parade presented by 7 Nations Celtic Club   This greatly  anticipated event grows more successful every year!  The parade begins at 11 am   line up at 5th and Market Streets downtown.  The parade will go east on Second Street\, north on Washington\, east on 5th and north on Chillicothe where it ends at Tracy Park.  Parade applications available at the Scioto County Welcome Center.
