Oktoberfest
September 29th – Annual Oktoberfest celebration at Hill View! Enjoy a German inspired lunch, a vendor fair, and a live accordion player. Meal tickets will be available to purchase! Oktoberfest will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. Bring your family and friends over or stop by on your lunch break! Located at 1610 28th Street in Portsmouth.
