Scioto County Memorial Day Parade
Parade line up at Tracy Park at 9:30am. Parade will begin at 10am. South to Gallia St, east to Offnere St., north to Greenlawn Cemetery. A ceremony and laying of flowers at Soldier's Circle, honoring all the sacrifices of American veterans throughout conflict and peacetime.
