SOMC Hike for Hospice
Join us for the Annual SOMC Hike for Hospice as we raise funds for the Hospice Caritas Fund. A donation to the Hospice Caritas Fund allows us to make a positive difference in the lives of hospice patients and their families. Your gift ensures that local patients and families coping with a life-limiting illness will receive the comfort, support, and care they deserve in a time when they need it most.
